My first arts trail
Updated: May 16, 2019
This May bank holiday I took part in my first Arts Trail in Belper. I was located in the Methodist Church with some other amazing artists and creators and it was great to meet new people. I was right next to a couple of potters who bought a wheel and I was dying to have a go, but by then end of the second day, they had used all of the clay! It was really really busy!
I had a table with a few paintings, prints and postcards. I also took copies of my comedians poster and some slightly wonky Frida prints. The posters and prints were really popular, and I sold a few postcards too. I also got the chance to chat to a few people about my art and about Ilkeston Arts and Camera Club. Hopefully a few will pop along to the Erewash museum to see our exhibition there.
I'd love to do it again, hopefully with a few more pieces to show!
